Vicki is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of progressive and broad experience working with executives and teams across the U.S. She has held leadership roles in both hospitals and corporate environments in Surgery, Finance, Information Systems, Strategy Execution and Transformation. Her experience includes CHE-Trinity, Trinity Health, St. Joseph Mercy Health System, and Borgess Medical Center.
Her leadership includes the successful implementation of a national transformation strategy designed to improve clinical and revenue operations through standardization of systems, processes and culture. Positive results positioned the organization for national recognition; Thompson Reuter’s Quality Award, strong revenue and bond rating performance and advocacy. Additional experience in Clinical Integration (preparation of population health), Merger and Acquisition integration, and other operational improvement initiatives.
Among national honors, Vicki earned a Masters in Healthcare from Siena Heights University, achieving the “Outstanding Leadership Award;" and a Bachelors from Nazareth College, achieving Summa cum Laude. She is a current member of ACHE, peer reviewer for Journal of Healthcare Management, and adjunct faculty. She has been invited to present at various universities on topics such as merger and acquisitions, healthcare leadership and transformation.
